Eligible Items: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item was purchased directly from Ellie Arbee's website.

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Items that have been personalized, altered, or customized.

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons. 

Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team or log into your Ellie Arbee account to request a return authorization.

  • Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Await approval and further instructions from our customer support team. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and any specific instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send any items back without obtaining a return authorization.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

    Refunds and Store Credits

    Refund Method: If the return is eligible and received in accordance with this policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

    Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

    Exchanges

    Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s) separately. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    Damaged or Defective Items
