Please take a moment to read the following policy that explains how we collect, use, disclose and transfer the personal information that you provide to us on our websites, mobile applications and other digital platforms (together referred to as the “Platforms”), when you contact the Ellie Arbee concierge by telephone, or when you interact with us over social media platforms. It also explains how we collect information through the use of cookies and related technologies when you use our Platforms.
Where we offer our products for sale online, you must read the applicable Conditions of Sale, which will govern the terms and conditions of any such purchases made in this way.
Information you provide to us and how we use it:
By visiting our Platforms, or providing us with your Personal Data through our Platforms, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We collect the information from you as detailed below:
To access certain areas of our Platform, you will need to register with us. During the registration process you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (including your name and address, date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number). By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Ellie Arbee to provide you with the services you select;
When you purchase products online, we collect information such as your purchase details and relevant payment information. In addition, we will also collect personal information from you when you correspond with us (for example, if you contact us with a query about one of our products or services), when you provide your details when you visit an Ellie Arbee Platform, including by phone. Please note that phone calls will on occasion be recorded for security, training and development purposes;
If you choose to interact with Ellie Arbee via a social media platform or other third party service, we will collect the information you have provided to us through that platform;
If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will collect your e-mail address;
If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in your e-mail to us, in order to send you a reply
We also collect certain information automatically about visitors to our Platform, described in the section headed Cookies and other information that we automatically collect, below; and
We will collect information about your location to the extent that we provide any location services, described in the section headed “Location services” below.
If you call, email or chat with our Concierge, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and we may ask you to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Providing survey feedback is optional and is used to enhance your shopping experience

User Testimonials:
When you post comments on our Platform, you will be identified by a nickname. Please note that any Personal Data you include on a public area of the Platform will be publicly viewable. Once displayed publicly, that information can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your postings or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post, so it is very important that you do not put data such as private contact information which you do not want to make available to the public in your posts. Once you have posted information publicly, while you will still be able to edit and delete it on the Platform, you will not be able to edit or delete such information cached, collected, and stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines).
Creation of Anonymous Data
We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
Information you provide to social networking sites
If you elect to sign into your account via a social networking site (“SNS”), you are allowing us to access information stored by the SNS, including, without limitation, information in your public profile and your email address, and you are agreeing to the SNS’s terms of use in your use of the Services. We may receive information from the SNS to make it easier for you to create an Account on the Site and provide you with relevant content. Any information that we collect from your SNS account may depend on the privacy settings you have selected with that SNS, so please consult the SNS’s privacy policy and data practices.

Like most platforms, Ellie Arbee logs IP addresses and uses cookies and similar technologies that allow us to recognize you, remember your preferences, provide personalized content, allow us to customize your experience, and provide us with information about the way our visitors access our Platform. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising
The Platforms use third parties such as network advertisers and ad exchanges to serve you ads on third party platforms after you leave our Platforms, and we use third party analytics and other service providers to evaluate and provide us and/or third parties with information about the use of the Platforms and viewing of ads and of our content. Network advertisers are third parties that display advertisements, which are based on your visits to the Platforms and other apps and sites you have visited. Third party ad serving enables us to target advertisements to you for products and services that you might be interested in.

We are not responsible for effectiveness of or compliance with any third parties’ opt-out options.
Location Services
Some of the services that we provide are able to use information about your location. For these services, which are typically available on mobile devices or applications, you are provided with the opportunity to provide your consent to the use of location services, which, for example, process information deriving from GPS, sensors, beacons or Wi-Fi access points in order to allow you to benefit from a more personalized service. Your device will have settings that allow you to turn off these services should you no longer wish to benefit from them.

Information collected from you about others
If you send a gift card to a third party, we will collect both your and the third party’s name and email address in order to send the third party an electronic gift card.
Information collected from third party companies
We may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from certain third parties, such as demographic information from Facebook tools. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our Platforms in order to improve the Services we provide.
Protecting your information
We want you to feel confident about using our Platform, and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it, to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Children
Ellie Arbee's Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
